I get great pleasure from pointing my eyes at things and filtering what I see through one or two bits of my brain to produce a personalised version of the image I saw. I’m interested in how memories and past experiences shape how we see the world. For me the work of artists (e.g. Hockney, Goldsworthy, Klee, Escher) has been a central influence on how I perceive and process images, giving an emphasis to geometry, colour and composition.
